Bitget, a cryptocurrency exchange, has announced the launch of its new initiative called the “Bitget COO Apprentice” program in Europe. This program aims to provide young individuals with the opportunity to work closely with Bitget’s executive team and gain hands-on experience in the industry. It falls under Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth initiative, which aims to offer participants insights into the world of Web3.
Participants in the program will be mentored by top Bitget executives, including Chief Operating Officer Vugar Usi Zade, who will provide practical training and guidance. They will also have the chance to experience working in a fully remote, global corporate environment.
The Bitget COO Apprentice Program is designed for ambitious young individuals who are passionate about Web3 and blockchain technology. As Bitget reported, the top three apprentices selected will be rewarded with a fully-funded mentorship trip to Dubai with Bitget’s COO, providing them with valuable industry insights and networking opportunities.
“This program offers young graduates the chance to learn from industry experts, gain practical experience, and prepare them to have meaningful impacts on the crypto industry,” said Vugar Usi Zade, COO of Bitget.
Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth initiative, launched in May 2023 with a $10 million commitment over five years, aims to nurture talent and drive innovation in the Web3 ecosystem. A study conducted by Bitget indicates that Millennials and Generation Z are crucial in shaping a crypto-friendly future.
The introduction of the COO Apprentice Program aligns with Bitget’s goal of immersing participants deeply in the Web3 world and transforming them into future leaders in the blockchain space. It demonstrates the company’s commitment to fostering the next generation of Web3 leaders and driving the growth of the digital finance revolution.
